No Playing for Dudley

(now he uses his mind, heart and soul)

If you have followed my blog for the past 6-7 months, most of you already know Dudley’s Story. What happened to him May 2015, his age and deteriorating condition. This year he’s gone down hill quite a lot. But this isn’t what tonight’s story is about.

Tonights story is to tell you that He, Dudley is my inspiration for erecting our ecommerce, online, merch store(s). The Stores will keep him alive all over the world for as long as there is internet. What a Tribute to my little guy who has given me 15 year of ongoing laughs and smiles and happiness in my heart. (Please support us in all your likes, comments, tagging, sharing and more, each time you see Dogs Talk Too or Dogs Talk 2, on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and anywhere else). Many thanks in advance.

Yes, Dudley is still with me, for now. He will be 15 years old December 30, 2020. But he doesn’t get to play anymore. In most pictures I have of him, he has his ball in his mouth. He loved his ball toys or playing ball, more than Eating. NO Kidding. And those of you who know how dachshunds are…, know that they don’t hold anything, not anything above FOOD.

In his older age though, Food is top of his list. His mind is still good. His direction, not as much but better than would be expected. Sometimes I walk into a room, after he’s been trying to keep up with me throughout the house and he’s standing in the middle of the floor looking the other direction looking for me or waiting for me to come from that direction. He can’t hear me behind him.

Sometimes, most times, these days, when I find him like this, his hind legs are spread out in opposite directions, like he’s doing a yoga split or something. His front legs barely move. Arthritis has set in so badly. When he wears his Lifewave (stem cell therapy patch), the next day he wants to play! He’ll try to run, yet fall, and he will try to jump into his bed on the floor with a toy, falling onto his chest into the bed. He is not suppose to over activate himself like this, due to his condition. I know that at this point, he is at least feeling better or feeling pretty good at the time.

So for now, he mostly sits on the sofa with me as he inspires me when I design for the Merch store. “His Store”. Full of Christmas and Joy.

Isn’t he such a handsome boy? He is my little Man.

I would say the first thing on my list of what gets me excited are my baby dogs and the love we share. The second thing is Natural Health & Wellness (we'll get into that later). So combine those two things and you see that I'm also aware of products that I allow my babies to have or not, and how often. I'm a mature, christian, single, business lady. I love helping folks and love helping their dogs too, for sure. I'm all about hugs and that's not just from humans. I hug my baby dogs every morning and every evening. Kisses too for them. Doggies are God's little angels, sent to us as a gift and a constant reminder that the way a dog loves us is exactly how he loves us. Our flaws and all. I have always loved my dogs(the most, so I thought), but as I age, I love them more and more and make a point to show them that I do and always will. My whole heart and soul go into my babies. Nothing like the love of a Dachshund (and a Chihuahua raised with Dachshunds). Smile and make it a tail-wagging day.
