Birthday girl sleeping in today. Doxie turns 13 years at midnight tonight. If ever I’d want to be a doggie with a very good mommy. This baby has been the most quiet, dossel, non-stressed baby dog I have ever had. Puppies bump her and all sorts of other things and she just takes it in stride. She never had babies of her own and maybe that’s why.
Doxie does have a pouting nature about her. Nothing particular to be able to gauge this but she’s tucked in that little behind often and taken herself to bed. Although, as of late, she stays in the living room in a particular chair instead of heading off to bed. I take that as a good sign.
She’s gotten a little spoiled today with special cookies for her Birthday. Remember, all must be shared with the others, as well.
